OnTask is a mobile productivity app that allows you to work on different devices and through a web portal. When an internet connection is available we save your data to our server to ensure it is safe, even if you lose your device.
To delete your Facebook data for OnTask please follow these steps:
1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”
2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
3. Search and Click “OnTask” in the search bar.
4. Scroll and click “Remove”
5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities
If you have decided that you want us to close your account and remove all data from our server that you entered in OnTask please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://ontaskapp.com.au/contact-us.
2. Enter your Name, Phone No and Email that you used to sign up for Ontask.
3. Enter the Message “Close and delete all data”.
4. Press the Send button.
We will then confirm your identity. This can take up to 3 business days. Please monitor your email. After we confirmed your identity we will close your account and remove all of your data from our database.
